Minister for Health and Medical Education, Sakeena Itoo, inaugurated a newly constructed Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Devsar, Kulgam, on September 20. This development underscores the government’s ongoing commitment to enhancing health services in rural areas.
Alongside MLA Devsar, Peerzada Feroz Ahmad, and senior officials from the district administration and health department, Itoo opened the facility aimed at providing quality healthcare services to the local population.
The new PHC offers significant health benefits to residents, ensuring that essential medical services are easily accessible. Minister Itoo emphasized the importance of making healthcare available to every citizen, especially in rural and remote locations.
